Philip Bowling

Philip oversees client portfolios and manages day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Philip’s interest in the financial services industry was piqued by his father’s passion for client service.

Upon graduation from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2019, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance, Philip’s career started at Brentwood, Tennessee-based firm Continuum Planning Partners as a financial planning coordinator.

Prior to his current role, Philip served as an operations specialist for his father’s firm, Financial Partners Group which was acquired by Mercer Advisors in 2025.

Outside of the office, Philip can likely be found attending a concert or exploring new music, on the golf course, or cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. He and his wife reside in West Nashville.
