Mercer Advisors offers eligible employees a choice of three comprehensive medical coverage plans to meet their needs
>> A Preferred Provider Plan (PPO) and
>> Two (2) High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP)
All medical plans provide coverage for a wide range of eligible expense incurred for medical services, including preventative care, doctor’s visits, surgery, hospitalization, acupuncture, and emergency care.
Health Care Savings Accounts (HSA)
Mercer Advisors contributes to your Health Care Savings Accounts (HSA) based on enrollment in a company-offered High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). This account will allow you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to reimburse yourself for certain eligible health care expenses (as defined by the IRS), which will reduce your taxable income.
Prescription Drug Coverage
When you elect coverage under one of the medical plan options, you will have access prescription drug coverage via In-Network Retail Pharmacy Providers designated by the plan and Mail Order program.
Mercer Advisor’s dental plan helps eligible employees pay for a variety of dental services, including preventive, basic, and major restorative care. Coverage will be determined by employee’s choice to use in-network and out-of-network dental providers.
The vision plan provides coverage for eye exams, savings on glasses and contacts as well as discounts on laser vision correction.
Life Insurance Coverage
Mercer Advisors provides basic life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.
Employees may elect to participate in Supplemental Life, Spouse Life, and/or Child Life Insurance programs. These programs are employee paid.
Mercer Advisors provides Short-Term and Long-Term benefit coverage options to employees for consideration of potential illnesses or injuries that may occur.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
A free and confidential program that is available 24 hours a day via online or telephone services. Designed to help eligible employees and their eligible dependents manage a wide variety of personal issues ranging from career and family concerns.
401(K) Profit Sharing Plan
Mercer Advisors provides employees the ability to contribute to the plan with convenient payroll deductions. Employees can defer eligible compensation on a pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax basis (subject to certain IRS limits). If you are 50 years of age or older, you can make additional annual contributions on a pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax basis.
