Johannes is an experienced CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner with over 30 years in financial planning and investment management. He likes to stress Mercer Advisors’ investment philosophy which is, investing isn’t just about hitting home runs, it’s also about avoiding strikeouts. Johannes attended the Defense Language Institute in Washington D.C. and worked as a military intelligence specialist for the Army Security Agency in Berlin, Germany. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Business and Economics. Johannes lives in Eden Prairie, is married to his high school sweetheart, and is the proud father of two lovely daughters. When he is not busy seeking ways to better serve our clients, you may find him golfing, cycling, playing tennis, or enjoying a Guthrie Theater or Ordway performance.
