Brian Samson

Brian joined Mercer Advisors in 2024, as managing director and market leader for Colorado and Utah. Prior, Brian spent 25 years at TIAA, where he progressed from financial consultant to wealth management advisor before moving into leadership roles. He oversaw 24 states and 44 offices, managing both institutional services and wealth management in the Central and Western U.S., along with serving as the branch office manager for the Colorado hub. Brian earned a B.A. in political science and U.S. history with a concentration in Constitutional law from the State University of New York at Oswego. He lives in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife and their two teenage daughters. Brian enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, cooking, reading, and spending time with his amazing family.
