David H. Levy

Since 2006, David has supported clients in many capacities to help them build unified wealth plans for realizing their goals. At Mercer Advisors, he advises high-net-worth clients as part of the Ascend group; and serves on the Tax Advisory Council and steering committee for our advisory platform. David was previously a co-owner of Republic Wealth Advisors, as well as a portfolio manager and chief compliance officer. David graduated with a bachelor of business administration with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from Rice University. He serves on the national board of directors for the Jewish National Fund USA. David lives in Houston with his wife and three daughters and enjoys vacationing on the slopes of Colorado’s mountains.
