Hilda is a Tax Manager based in Encino, California. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 through the acquisition of Singer Burke, where she served as a tax professional. Before joining Singer Burke, Hilda built a strong foundation in tax preparation and client service at a local CPA firm in the San Fernando Valley. She earned a Master of Science in Taxation and a B.S. degree in finance from California State University, Northridge, and is an Enrolled Agent (EA). Hilda is dedicated to helping clients, solving challenging tax issues, building long-term relationships, and making a positive impact through reliable guidance.

Spending time with my Chihuahua, Bubba, is one of my favorite ways to relax.
