Alex Gangl

Alex is a senior wealth advisor in the Regis Group at Mercer Advisors. He helps organize and lead the deployment of financial planning, tax, estate planning, and other Mercer Advisors services for the benefit of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Alex has nearly 20 years of experience working in ultra-high-net-worth wealth management. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, a Chartered Financial Analyst® charter holder, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®. Alex is also a member of executive coaching organization Vistage Worldwide.

Alex earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Waterloo. He began his career as an engineer in big tech where he discovered a hidden passion for helping colleagues navigate employee compensation plans and personal financial planning situations.

He lives in Novato, Calif., where he enjoys raising his three children, getting outdoors, and playing competitive pickleball.
