Meet Larry
Larry is a Sr. Wealth Advisor based in McLean, Virginia. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2019 after serving as Director of Financial Planning and Investments at OptiFour Integrated Wealth Management for more than 12 years. Larry has also held roles as a statistician for The No-Load Fund Investor Newsletter, Investment Research and Analysis Manager for Nationwide Financial, and Director of Financial Planning for Strategic Financial Associates. Originally from New York, he holds a B.A. degree in economics from SUNY Albany and a MBA from Lehigh University. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional since 2002.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I am an avid fisherman and I have never had a bad day fishing. Fishing, much like investing, requires patience, discipline, and persistency. I believe fishing is the sport of kings and it’s the new golf.
What makes you tick?
Spending time with my grandson. Seeing the world and experiencing life through the eyes of a young child.
How do you give back?
My wife and I have had the privilege of being foster parents to nine amazing kids over the years. It was not easy, but we have never regretted a minute of it.
