Kelsey is a Service Operations Associate based in Portage, Michigan. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2022 through the
acquisition of Sanford Advisory where she served five years as Client Service Associate. Kelsey finds motivation in helping clients feel cared for and supported through life’s financial celebrations and challenges. She earned a BBA degree in human resource management from Western Michigan University.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
Most of my free time is spent with my dog, Leo. If he’s not by my side, you can find me at the gym, cooking in the kitchen, or out on a run.
What makes you tick?
What makes me tick is my family. They keep me grounded and continually remind me why care, reliability, and connection matter so much.
Favorite thing about where you live?
One of my favorite things about living in Michigan is always being near a freshwater lake or a local brewery. The magical summers spent here make the long, cold winters worth it.
