Kara Dorothy

Kara finds deep fulfillment in collaborating with clients to help them move confidently towards their goals and aspirations, and in being a part of their journey to Economic Freedom™. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2024. Her career in finance began during an internship in college at a Chicago-based wealth management firm and she has been in the industry ever since. Kara graduated with a B.A. in finance and a minor in anthropology from DePaul University. She currently holds her Series 66 license. Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, cooking, reading, and painting pottery.
