Lindsey Starostka

Lindsey is passionate about understanding each client’s unique needs and backgrounds. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2024. Before transitioning to the financial services industry in 2020, she spent a decade as an athletic performance coach for professional athletes. Lindsey’s experience as a coach gives her the ability to offer enthusiasm and dedication when supporting her clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and daughters, exploring outdoor activities, enjoying live music, and discovering new restaurants.
