Craig Hart has over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the investment business. His experience includes founding and managing one of the first performance-based securities investment partnerships – better known as hedge funds – the State of Washington. From 1984 to 1990, he served as Vice President Research Analyst with Seattle-based firm Ragen Mackenzie, Inc., and a Seattle-based division of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he covered many industries including Aerospace, Biotech, Forest Products and Manufacturing.
Craig founded the region’s first stock index, called the Hart Capital Inland Northwest Index which tracks 12 of the region’s top companies.
He is a current board member of the Spokane Angel Alliance (SAA), Catholic Charities Foundation, and Gonzaga Preparatory Foundation, and a past board member of Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI), and the Mayor’s Economic Policy and Forecasting Council. Craig is an active member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington.
