Clifford (Cliff) Balgos

Cliff has long had a strong interest in financial markets and is committed to delivering a high level of customer service. He feels energized by collaborating with clients to help them achieve their personal and financial goals.

Cliff is motivated by seeing clients gain confidence in their financial plans and feel a sense of financial security. Prior to joining Mercer Advisors in 2025, Cliff spent 18 years in financial services, most recently at ICONIQ Capital as an analyst. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Taxation.

Outside of work, Cliff enjoys snowboarding, running, and cycling.
