Alyssa Calhoun

Alyssa approaches her work with curiosity and purpose, helping clients bring order to their financial lives and clarity to their futures. She values personal connections and crafts strategies that reflect each client’s goals and values. Alyssa joined Mercer Advisors in 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in financial services.

Her expertise spans financial planning, investment strategy, and client relationships. Before joining Mercer Advisors, Alyssa spent 3½ years at CAM Investor Solutions and 14 years at Dimensional Fund Advisors. She holds an MBA from The University of Texas and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, blending analytical insight with genuine care.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, traveling, and reading. She and her husband, both native Texans, prioritize family and are often found cheering at their kids’ sports events surrounded by relatives. A passionate traveler, Alyssa has lived in the Netherlands and visited more than 25 countries, with plans to explore more each year.

She actively volunteers in her community as a board member of the PTA and a Cub Scouts den leader, and she serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association
