She is motivated by helping clients gain confidence in their financial future, whether that means confirming they are on track, preparing for retirement, or tackling a challenge that feels daunting. Susan was inspired to pursue a career in finance after paying off her student loans in two years, an experience that demonstrated the lasting impact of financial education and thoughtful planning. She earned a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Missouri, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, and holds the FINRA Series 66 license.

What keeps you busy outside of work? I love spending time with my husband and our two kids, making memories with nearby family, and enjoying time on the golf course. I’m also a big sports fan and love trying new restaurants and foods.
How do you give back?
I’m passionate about helping sustain the arts and making live theatre accessible to more people.
Favorite thing about where you live?
I love that Kansas City feels like a big city with a small-town heart — big enough that there’s plenty to do, but small enough that you run into familiar faces wherever you go. Cheering on the Chiefs brings the city together with a shared sense of pride and camaraderie. It’s the best place for barbecue and a fantastic place to raise a family.
