Morgan is a Service Operations Associate based in Leawood, Kansas. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2026. Morgan previously served as Client Service Associate at Infinitas. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wheaton College, a master’s degree in leadership development from Wheaton College, and a Ph.D. degree in educational psychology from The University of Kansas. Morgan is energized by opportunities to take initiative, bring order to complexity, and turn ideas into action, and she was inspired to pursue a career in finance by her father, who has spent his career in the financial services sector.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. I love being with family and friends, relaxing at home with my cat, and slowing down with puzzles and crocheting.
