Scott began his career in wealth management in 2009 after more than 20 years of entertainment industry experience. During his career in the film and television industry he held management positions with several prominent production companies. Prior to joining Mercer Advisors, Scott worked at Berkson Asset Management for 13 years. He became instrumental in the firm’s SEC compliance efforts, earning a promotion to Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to his position as Chief Compliance Officer, Scott worked as the firm’s Operations Manager where he oversaw the firms marketing, client communication, customer service efforts and was responsible for most of the trading. Scott lives in Northeast Los Angeles with his partner Lisa and their three dogs and spends his free time dog walking.
