Martin Kramar

Martin joined Mercer Advisors in 2025, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including roles at Protective Life and Liberty Mutual. In his current role, he provides risk management insights by evaluating existing insurance coverage and identifying new protection needs to support clients’ comprehensive wealth management plans.

Martin is dedicated to helping clients prepare for life’s uncertainties. He believes insurance plays a vital role in offering relief during moments of greatest need and is essential to achieving long-term financial security. He enjoys connecting with clients, learning their stories, and often picks up great travel and food recommendations along the way.

He holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation and earned his bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in economics from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, and expressing his creativity through photography. A proud native of the Philadelphia area, he’s passionate about the city’s people, food, and one of the largest parks inside of city limits in the world. Martin is a first-generation American and fluent in Czech. He and his wife have a lively household with two boys, two Great Pyrenees dogs, and a cat.
