Jefferson is a Financial Planner based in Colleyville, Texas. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2026 after earning a B.S. degree in financial planning from Texas A&M University. During college, he interned at Redfish Capital, where he developed a strong foundation in financial planning principles and client service. Jefferson is motivated by helping people in meaningful ways, and he views guiding clients through their financial lives as one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I am a recreational baseball coach and love watching, playing, and talking about baseball.
Any words you try to live by?
My grandfather taught me that something worth doing is worth doing well. That created a commitment to excellence that stayed with me and shaped how I approach my work today.
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
Jigsaw puzzles. If you put me in a room with a 1000-piece puzzle, I can complete it in an hour or two.
