Jeff Minc

Jeff began his career in the financial services industry in 2014, managing client portfolios and trading equities and fixed-income products in investment operations at Mercer Advisors. After three years on the trading desk, he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and transitioned into a wealth advisor role.

Before entering finance, Jeff served as a wildland firefighter with the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, an experience that shaped his calm, problem-solving approach to helping clients. Today, he is passionate about increasing clients’ financial confidence and collaborates closely with families to help them achieve Economic Freedom™ for themselves and future generations.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Professional Financial Planning Certificate from UC Santa Barbara. A former collegiate volleyball player, he earned a scholarship to play in college and went on to compete professionally on the AVP Tour for five years.

A native of Santa Barbara, Jeff lives in the city with his wife and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, golfing with friends, and spending time outdoors — grateful to call such a beautiful place home.
