Ian in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
In my free time, I enjoy activities with my family, woodworking, gardening, and adult soccer. I am a DIY person at heart and love spending time in my workshop or outdoors.
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
My family has both engineering and artists in our genes. I like to say I have both of these traits with the uncanny ability to create beautiful presentations that have the organized analysis of an engineer.
Favorite thing about where you live?
I love the small city feel of Roanoke, Virginia. You have all the amenities in the back-drop of the Blue Ridge Mountains where people are friendly and life does not have to go fast.
