Gün Keresteci

Gün joined Mercer Advisors as chief financial officer in February 2024. In this capacity, he is responsible for all financial activities of the firm. Prior to Mercer Advisors, Gün was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he most recently served as the firm’s global head of finance and was responsible for leading finance across the entire organization during a period of significant growth. Earlier in his career, he was a partner in the financial services practice of McKinsey & Company. Gün’s professional journey also involves stints in private equity, including roles at Lightyear Capital and Marathon Asset Management. Gün has dual B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
