Dominique in real life
Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?
I enjoy working at Mercer Advisors because our firm’s client-first philosophy and innovative wealth management approach perfectly align with my background in nonprofit management and philanthropy. I have the opportunity to connect with foundations, endowments, and nonprofits along with exceptional advisors who deliver comprehensive, long-term solutions. The collaborative culture here lets me draw on my expertise to help organizations to grow their investments to create meaningful impact. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that puts people and purpose at the center of everything we do.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new places through travel, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen (I love hosting friends and family for dinner), or sailing on the ocean. I also stay engaged in the vibrant local scene — whether it’s attending performing art events or spending time with my USC Trojan alumni community. These activities keep me energized, grounded, and inspired.
How do you give back?
Philanthropy and service have always been core to my life. I currently serve as Treasurer on the board of Nature Israel, as a board member for the USC Trojan League of Los Angeles, and as Advisory Board Chair for Kids on the Move for Success. I’m also a member of the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts and a Sustainer with the Junior League of Los Angeles, and I stay active with groups like the Opera League of Los Angeles. I also serve the professional community through my roles as a FinServe Network Ambassador with the American College of Financial Services and as a Trusted Charitable Advisor through the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego. I love to help nonprofits with governance, strategic planning, and impactful giving strategies — applying what I learn at work to create real, lasting change.
