David joined Mercer Advisors through the Epstein & White acquisition in 2021 where he served as the Chief Investment Officer for 4 years. He’s worked in the financial services industry since 2009 and has the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. David’s experience also includes multiple roles covering alternative investments, ERISA plans, private wealth, and commercial banking solutions. Throughout his career in asset management, David has worked closely with RIA firms, businesses, and affluent clients to determine platform objectives, make optimal asset allocation decisions, and oversee portfolio construction. He is also a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, from the University of New York at Albany. David lives in San Diego with his wife and two children. Outside of work he enjoys playing with his kids in the front yard, and planning out future international travel with his wife. He also enjoys lifting weights and non-fiction adventure books.
