Bo Bowling

Early in his career, Bo recognized the impactful role of a comprehensive financial plan, driving him to provide tailored, strategic advice that addresses both the immediate and long-term financial goals of individuals and families.

Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in taxation from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He co-founded Financial Partners Group in his hometown of Gallatin, Tennessee in 2001, and the firm joined Mercer Advisors in 2025.

Since 1979, Bo has been an active member of First Baptist Gallatin and served on several boards in the community including Cumberland Bank, Sumner Bank and Trust, and the Gallatin Industrial Development board.

He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their two sons. Outside of the office, Bo can be found on the golf course and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
