Michael Stanley II

Michael began his career in 2002 with Capital Financial Group, a MassMutual general agency based in Brentwood, Tennessee, where he worked as an agency planner, building financial plans for advisors across the state. In 2008, he transitioned to providing comprehensive wealth planning and investment advisory services directly to clients.

Since 2015, Michael has served as the director of financial planning at Financial Partners Group, which was acquired by Mercer Advisors in 2025. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals by focusing on their entire financial picture. Michael is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.

He resides in Murfreesboro with his spouse and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys attending sporting events and cooking for his family.
