Ben in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Most of my free time is with my wife and two kids. I love finding new restaurants, cooking for family and friends, and playing golf.
What makes you tick?
I grew up in small-town Nebraska, where my parents worked in healthcare. Watching them serve others taught me early on the value of helping people, which shapes how I approach my work and life.
How do you give back?
Mentorship and financial literacy have always been important to me. I stay involved with organizations like First Tee, 3rd Decade, and Sigma Phi Epsilon.
