Meet Alisa
Alisa is Head of Client Development, based in the Chicago, Illinois area. In her role, Alisa is leading and expanding our dedicated client development team which works to identify prospective clients and thoughtfully pair them with an advisor best suited to solve for the complexities of their financial lives.
Alisa joined Mercer Advisors after serving as an executive vice president at LPL Financial where she was head of advisor growth, partnering with firms across the country to drive their organic expansion. Most recently, she served as head of investment product management and retirement, overseeing the firm’s investing solutions. Prior to LPL, Maute spent 14 years at WisdomTree Asset Management in various roles. She served on the firm’s operating committee and held key positions, including head of strategic partnerships and head of U.S. distribution.
Alisa is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. She earned a B.A. degree in marketing and management from the University of Iowa and a MBA from DePaul University.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my husband and our two young boys. You’ll usually find me on courts and fields, cheering them on and soaking up every moment of their sporting events — family time is where I recharge most.
Favorite thing about where you live?
As a native Chicagoan, I love the spirit, kindness, and grit of the people who call this city home. Chicago is a beautiful place with a big heart — constantly evolving and always striving to be the best version of itself. And, of course, nothing beats summer at the beach and cheering on my beloved Chicago Cubs.
