Victoria Ferguson

Victoria began her career in financial services in 2019 and joined Mercer Advisors in 2025, following roles at Baird, Ellevest, and Dentist Advisors. As an advisor, she is passionate about helping clients build a healthy relationship with money and empowering them to take control of their financial futures.

Victoria works closely with clients to design financial strategies that support the life they want to live. She leads with education, helping ensure clients have the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions. Her approach is rooted in the belief that intentional planning and access to the right information can transform lives, an insight shaped by her own experiences and the guidance she received early in her financial journey.

Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree in financial planning from the University of Utah. She is committed to making financial planning approachable and impactful for every client she serves.

A resident of Salt Lake City since 2015, Victoria enjoys the unique blend of city life and outdoor access the area offers. In her free time, she pursues strength training goals, volunteers at the Humane Society of Utah, and spends time with her golden retriever, Wally. She also enjoys hiking, cooking, and exploring new places with friends and family.
