Tabitha joined Mercer Advisors in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in operations and executive support from her time at Alchemy Financial Group. There, she managed day-to-day office operations and supported firm leadership, gaining valuable experience in client service and organizational efficiency.

In her current role, Tabitha partners with wealth advisors to deliver white-glove service and foster strong client relationships. She thrives on meeting new people and is passionate about providing reassurance and care through every interaction. Known for her adaptability and commitment to excellence, Tabitha approaches each day intending to give 110%, ready to tackle challenges and exceed expectations.

Tabitha began her career in financial services while attending nursing school, but her passion for helping others and interest in finance led her to change paths. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in human resource management.

As the oldest of five children, Tabitha learned early on how to lead and manage responsibilities, skills she now applies in both her professional and personal life. She is the proud mother of three daughters and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
