CCPA Rights Request Webform

If You are a person residing in California (“You” and “Your”), then You are a California consumer and have the following
privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”):

  • To request that We describe the personal information about You that We have collected, used, disclosed, and sold/shared in the preceding twelve (12) months.
  • To request that We delete any personal information about You that We have collected from You.
  • To request that We correct any inaccurate personal information that We have collected about You.

We are subject to CCPA because We process personal information about California consumers. “Our”, “Us”, and “We” refer to Mercer Global Advisors Inc. and its affiliates, Mercer Advisors Private Asset Management, Inc., MAPAM GP I, LLC, and Heim Young & Associates, Inc. (collectively “Mercer Advisors”).

Personal information about California consumers is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a California consumer or California household. It does not include publicly available information and de-identified or aggregated information.

The CCPA does not apply to personal information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and its implementing rule, Regulation S-P (“Reg S-P”). We collect, use, and disclose personal information subject to the GLBA and Reg S-P. Generally, this is the information We collect about You when You obtain or seek to obtain a financial product or service from us. This does not include information about consumers who are participants or beneficiaries of an employee benefit plan in which Mercer acts as a trustee or fiduciary; individuals who designated Mercer as trustee for a trust; or beneficiaries of a trust for which Mercer is a trustee.

Because the CCPA does not apply to the personal information of California consumers obtaining or seeking to obtain a financial product or service from us, most of the personal information of California consumers that We process is not covered by this Policy. We, therefore, do not honor CCPA rights requests from California clients or prospective clients or non-California consumers.

We will honor requests within the timeframes required by law and will not discriminate against You for exercising your privacy rights.

You can find more information about our information practices in our California Consumer Privacy Policy.
