- Increasing communications on social media platforms and through email to reach additional donors and other types of supporters, such as volunteers, to let them know the steps you’re taking to continue providing services and, crucially, the gaps you may need to fill if certain funding sources are pulled. People may be more likely to take action if you outline a specific ask.
- Joining with other organizations that have the same or similar mission to advocate for assistance.
Additionally, rely on a professional financial plan with solid strategies for navigating significant changes to operating income.
