Tracy is a Service Operations Associate based in Columbus, Ohio. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2026 through the acquisition of NorthAvenue Financial Advocates, where she served as Administrative Director. Before that, Tracy was a Sr. Client Service Associate at Raymond James and a Compliance Analyst at Trinity Pension Consultants. Tracy earned a B.A. degree in business and organization communication and an A.A.S. degree in paralegal studies from The University of Akron.

Tracy is detail-oriented and aims to ensure things are done in an accurate and professional manner. She finds motivation in helping others and strives to always be present, honest, and considerate.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I have two children, Emmaleigh and Emerson, who are my world.

What will be, will be. I try to remember that you cannot force anything and what will come to you will come.

When clients need help, I will do whatever I can to help them and make sure they get whatever they need.
