Stephen is a Partner and Sr. Director based in San Francisco, California. He joined Mercer Advisors through the acquisition of Regis Management Company LLC, where he served as a Partner. Before joining Regis, he held the role of Analyst at Bay Partners, where he was responsible for the evaluation and execution of software venture capital investments. He earned a B.A. degree in economics and in history from Dartmouth College and is a Certified Financial Analyst® professional. Stephen brings intellectual rigor and curiosity to his role, taking the time to ask the right questions before reaching conclusions.
