Meet Sebastian
Sebastian began his career in 2013 and is Director, Philanthropic Solutions, based in New York, New York. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2026 after serving as Associate Partner at Instiglio for more than three years and as Program Director, Peace and Recovery, at Innovations for Poverty Action. Sebastian earned a B.A. degree at Tufts University and a Master of Public Affairs degree from Princeton University.
His working style
Sebastian strives to help clients find clarity. Some people come to him knowing exactly what they care about; others just know they want to give and are not sure where to start. Either way, Sebastian and his team work together to identify the causes that matter to clients, the impact clients want to have on the world, and the experience of giving that clients desire.

Tandem cycling with my wife wherever we can find a gravel road.
