Scott is a Principal based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2023 through the acquisition of
Paragon Wealth Strategies where he was Partner and responsible for the firm’s marketing, talent acquisition, and human resources, in addition to being a senior advisor. Prior, he founded Mellen Money Management, which eventually merged with Paragon Wealth Strategies. Scott earned a B.S. degree in finance from Miami University (Ohio). He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a Retirement Income Certified Professional, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
