Riley is a Service Operations Associate based in Los Angeles, California. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2024. Riley earned a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business, where he also served as a board member and mentor.

Riley is known for taking ownership of projects and has a talent for spotting areas of friction within processes. He pays close attention to detail and is dedicated to making the most of every client interaction through clear communication and coordinated solutions.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I enjoy spending my free time pursuing hobbies. I’m taking guitar lessons and training to run marathons.
Favorite thing about where you live?
I like exploring Los Angeles on the weekends, trying new local spots, and sampling food in different neighborhoods. I also enjoy visiting the farmers market to buy local produce.
What makes you tick?
Learning new things is what keeps me going. I’m always trying to improve my skills, and I enjoy reading books that teach me something new.
