Renée in real life

What keeps you busy outside of work?

I love hiking year-round — because in Colorado, there’s no bad weather, only bad gear. I also enjoy exploring new places, baking, good coffee, going to musicals, and expressing creativity through art.

How do you give back?

I volunteer with several organizations that align with my values around education, community, and food equity. I serve as a mentor with 3rd Decade, supporting financial literacy for individuals in their 20s and 30s, and with the Colorado University Leeds School of Business, helping guide future professionals. I’m also a member of the Junior League of Denver, contributing to community initiatives, and I volunteer with Uproot Colorado, an organization that gleans excess farm produce to donate to local food banks.

Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?

I love working at Mercer Advisors because it allows me to demystify financial planning and make it approachable for clients and their families. I’m passionate about helping people understand their options and build plans that reflect their goals and values.
