Paul Seidman

Paul began his career in the financial services industry in 2003. Before joining Mercer Advisors in 2018, he served as president of Empowerment Financial Group and as senior vice president of Alpha Cubed Investments. With decades of experience, and 19 seasons as a high school football coach, Paul brings a strong foundation of leadership and teamwork to his role.

At Mercer Advisors, Paul partners with national teams to assess whether the firm’s comprehensive wealth management services are a good fit for prospective clients. He excels at connecting individuals with the right advisor and team, ensuring a personalized experience. Paul is passionate about helping people navigate their financial journey and reach Economic Freedom™. He finds deep motivation in seeing clients feel confident and at ease with a plan in place for whatever life may bring. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance, with an emphasis in portfolio management, from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys golfing, skiing, working out, traveling, and reading spy and espionage novels. A longtime resident of Phoenix, he appreciates the beauty and serenity of the desert Southwest.
