Paul has spent his career helping families navigate the financial and investment landscape and plan for all the important milestones in their lives. His approach to working with clients can be embodied by the ideals of Stewardship, Partnership, and Service, which he views as core tenants for both his professional and personal life.

As one of the founding partners of his prior firm, Andesa Financial Management, Paul is a committed professional, having earned the CFA®, certification, which is one of premiere professional credentials within the global investment community. Additionally, Paul is a CFP® professional and dedicated to the integration of financial planning and portfolio construction.

Paul is a native of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. He attended the Pennsylvania State University, where he received a bachelor’s in economics and political science. Paul lives in Macungie with his wife, Melissa, and their two daughters. He is a member of the St. Thomas More Catholic Church and is involved with several non-profit organizations as a director, including the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown, the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown Foundation, and Priority One Foundation. Consistent with his core tenants, Paul and Melissa believe that being engaged and constructive members of their community is both a privilege and responsibility.

Outside the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching almost anything related to Philadelphia sports and Penn State athletics. One of his true joys is watching his daughters dance and grow musically and theatrically. His family has Penn State football season tickets and Paul loves sharing the experience with his friends and family.
