Noah is a Wealth Strategist based in Springfield, Missouri. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2024 as Associate Financial Planning Analyst and advanced to Financial Planner before becoming a Wealth Strategist. Noah earned a B.S. degree in finance from Missouri State University, and he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Noah enjoys explaining complex financial topics and strategies in a simple and digestible manner, allowing him to converse with anyone. Noah’s background in the service industry as a waiter provides him with a warm, hospitable personality and the ability to solve problems quickly and collaborate effectively.

Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?
The main reason I love working for Mercer Advisors is because of its outlook on financial advising: The financial plan should be the foundation, and everything else should work in tandem with it. When I graduated college, I researched and interviewed at other advisory firms, and it seemed a lot of them focused on sales and commissions, not what was actually best for their clients.
What makes you tick?
I have a strong desire to help others achieve confidence and establish a financial plan that they can rely on. This desire is what drove me to want to work in the financial advisory field.
Favorite thing about where you live?
My favorite thing about Springfield, Missouri, is that it is a relatively large city without having a “big city” vibe. Traffic is not overly congested, air quality is nice, and it is driving distance to St. Louis, Kansas City, and Branson, so we have plenty of options for weekend trips.
