Nick is a Tax Manager based in San Diego, California. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2021 after serving at Father Joe’s Villages as Staff Accountant. Before that, he served at Paragon Accountants and Listo Tax Solutions. Nick is a certified public accountant (CPA) and IRS enrolled agent (EA). He earned a B.A. degree in accounting from Ashford University. Nick finds motivation in solving complex problems and getting the details right, turning them into something structured and actionable.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Ruth, and our son, Liam. We like to stay active outdoors, whether hiking or making the most of the beaches here in San Diego.

I’m driven by solving complex problems and getting the details right. Outside of work, my family keeps me grounded — I especially admire seeing my wife come from Spain and put in the effort to learn English and build a life here.
