Meet Nadia
Nadia is a Partner based in Naples, Florida. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 through the acquisition of Family Wealth Planning Group, where she spent 13 years helping founder Tom LaMacchio build the business. Prior, she advised affluent families at Accredited Investors, Inc. for nearly five years. She began her wealth management career in 2006. Nadia graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, earning a degree in finance. She subsequently obtained her M.S. degree in personal financial planning from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. Nadia is a graduate of Leadership Collier and served on the Finance Committee of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children in Naples, Florida. She is passionate about educating youth and the community on the importance of financial literacy.

Favorite thing about where you live?
I love the warm weather and sunshine in Naples, having grown up in Minnesota. I like always meeting new people as there are many who like to visit Southwest Florida.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Faith, family, travel, and watching sports.
