Meet Matt

Matt is a Wealth Advisor based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He joined Mercer Advisors after serving nearly five years as Financial Advisor at Northern Trust. Matt began his wealth management career in 1997 at Morgan Stanley, where he served for 10 years. He earned a B.A. degree in broadcast communications from California State University at Chico and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

My passion is helping clients turn uncertainty into clarity — seeing the moment when a plan finally feels personal and purposeful to them. I’m driven by building real relationships, where trust grows over time and every decision we make together helps moves them closer to the financial life they envision.

What keeps you busy outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and our three kids, making the most of every moment together. I also love traveling to new places, playing golf, and unwinding with music whenever I get the chance.
