Meet Lena
Lena is a Sr. Wealth Advisor based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2026 through the acquisition of Charter Oak Capital Management, where she served as Sr. Advisor and Partner for nearly 19 years. She began her career as an auditor at Arthur Anderson in 1999. Lena is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Boston College. She is enthusiastic about helping people with all facets of their financial lives.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
Most of my free time is spent with my husband and four kids. We love hosting family and friends.
What makes you tick?
I grew up on a potato farm in Northern Maine, where I learned early on that hard work and dedication get you everywhere.
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
Outside of work, I have a real passion for interior design. I love creating spaces that feel warm, put together, and beautiful.
