Meet Lauren
Lauren is a Sr. Wealth Advisor based in Boston, Massachusetts. She joined Mercer Advisors through the acquisition of O’Brien Wealth Partners where she served as a Sr. Advisor. She joined O’Brien Wealth Partners in 2006 and advanced within the firm from client service to billing to financial planning roles before becoming a Sr. Advisor. Lauren is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Certified Investment Management Analyst®, She earned a B.S. degree in interior design from Endicott College.

Her working style
Lauren approaches each meeting eager to learn about an individual’s relationship with money (often no two are alike), their vision for economic independence, and their pain points. She encourages authentic transparency and provides the same to them. She then helps organize, prioritize and follow-through. Lauren focuses on empowering her clients by providing creative, sophisticated, and thoughtful recommendations for their specific needs and always giving them an ear to listen to them in the ups and downs life will undoubtedly throw our way.

How do you give back?
My family and I volunteer with the Long Trail by providing trail support for a section of the trail that runs through Vermont. We help to maintain the trail by repainting signs, removing trees and other debris, and clearing water bars. We work to ensure the trail is safe for the many hikers passing through. Plus, it’s a joy to see my kids’ pride in helping out (the trail snacks help!) I also coach lacrosse for my daughter’s town team.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
My three children (and their activities) keep me busy and, when I can, I work in a hike, a run, or some time at the beach. You can find me squeezing extra hours out of the day early in the morning or catching the latest book (audio counts!). I am my happiest outside.
