Laura in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
I love creating memorable experiences for my friends and family, whether hosting a gathering, planning a trip, or organizing a special event. I’m happiest when bringing people together and paying attention to the little details that make everyone feel welcomed, valued, and celebrated.
Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?
I enjoy the culture. It’s a collaborative environment where people care about both our clients and each other. I also value the opportunity to be involved in the InvestHERs internal community, which allows me to support, learn from, and connect with an incredible network of women across the organization.
What makes you tick?
My Wisconsin roots are what make me tick. I was raised with a strong appreciation for hard work, community, and loyalty — values that continue to guide how I lead, build relationships, and support others. And yes, I’ll always be a proud Green Bay Packers fan.
