Kevin Jack

As the head of client service, Kevin leads a Mercer Advisors nationwide team of client service specialists, ensuring that every client receives exceptional care. He champions a service philosophy built on trust: delivering on promises, maintaining open communication, and creating positive, meaningful interactions. Kevin believes that when clients feel truly supported, they can focus less on money and more on living a purposeful life.

In addition to his leadership role, Kevin serves clients directly as a wealth advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional. He is passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity and confidence in their financial lives so they can focus on what matters most — family, giving back, and making lasting memories.

Kevin began his career in financial services in 2003, working at UBS and Wells Fargo Financial before joining Mercer Advisors in 2005. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in computer science from the University of Arizona.

Originally from Nebraska, Kevin met his wife while attending college in Arizona. They now live in Orange County, California, with their three children, enjoying the year-round sunshine, beaches, and mountains. The family loves to adventure together, whether it’s backpacking, traveling through Europe, or simply goofing off at the beach. When he’s not working or being a dad, Kevin enjoys playing golf, guitar, and piano. He’s also a proud Nebraska Cornhuskers football fan.
