Meet Josh
Josh is an Executive Managing Partner based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is Head of Client Delivery, which focuses on delivering comprehensive wealth management consistently across all offices and offerings and helping ensure we are as exceptional at keeping our promises as we are at making them. One of the employee-owners of the firm, Josh is a member of the executive leadership team and serves on the firm’s investment committee.
Josh joined Mercer Advisors in 2010, after beginning his financial services career in 2007. Rising through the ranks, he has held roles as a client service specialist, investment analyst, wealth advisor, and director. Both a Chartered Financial Analyst® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Josh has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors (2021), the Best-In-State Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors (2023), and the Best-In-State Wealth Advisors (2024). Josh graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California with degrees in economics and Spanish.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I’m a Phoenix native, where my wife and I reside with our three boys. We are a family of soccer fanatics to the point that ours is the house with a soccer field painted in the front yard.
Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?
The relentless focus on the client and doing what is in their best interest. Across the firm, this focus is consistent and unwavering and it is so energizing to work with colleagues who all have the same north star.
Any words you try to live by?
Treat people how you would want to be treated and always try to learn and get a little bit better each day. Humility and curiosity are key.
