Meet John
John is a Sr. Wealth Advisor based in Charleston, South Carolina. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2023 through the acquisition of Brighton Financial Planning where he was Owner, CIO, Financial Planner, and Investment Advisor since 2008 and acquired the firm in 2010. Prior, John held several senior roles, including as Sr. Director and Client Portfolio Manager in the quantitative strategies group at Invesco and as Sr. Vice President at Mutual of America. His career began at Raymond James & Associates in 1992. John holds an MBA in finance from the University of Tampa, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University, and a B.A. degree from Rutgers University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Certified Financial Analyst®, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.
